Booking info

Reservation
In written form: fax, e-mail or mail. If the prices in the reservation confirmation differ (printing or typing errors), the current day prices always apply.

Arrival and Departure
If you arrive later than 06:00 p.m., please inform us. Check-in on arrival day by 04:00 p.m. On dpearture day, the apartment is available until 10:00 a.m.

CHF 15 per day. For reservations of 6 days or more: free for 1 car (only applies to alpinSuites)

Cancellation Conditions
until 42 days before arrival: 25% / until 28 days: 60% / until 7 days: 90% / within 6 days before arrival: 100% of teh booked arrangement

Trip Cancellation
We recommend taking out trip cancellation insurance. We are happy to help or calculate the premium online: www.europaeische.at

Visitor's tax
Winter: CHF 3.20 per day / person older than 18 years
Summer: "all-inclusive" CHF 3.20 per day / person older than 18 years

Final cleaning:

Obligatory final cleaning: CHF 90 / CHF 270
on request: one extra cleaning without laundry change: CHF 80 / CHF 120
on request: "Deluxe" service: 5 x per day: cleaning without laundry change: CHF 250 / CHF 350

Pets

No credit cards - only cash or bank transfer

Advance payment
For confirmed reservations please pay 50% of the booked arrangement per apartment.
